About the gallery

KURIOZ BAR & KITCHEN has long been considered a culinary hotspot in the city of Zug – and since 2024, it has also been home to the new KURIOZ GALLERY, which regularly hosts exciting art exhibitions. Art has always been an integral part of KURIOZ, but now the concept is being professionally expanded:
Since January 2024, Liane Janissen has been organizing and curating the changing exhibitions at the Gallerie Zug in KURIOZ every three months.

German-Swiss artist Liane Janissen has lived in Zug for 15 years and works in her studio in Cham. She studied “free painting” at the Düsseldorf Art Academy and has curated artconnection köln, a renowned charity exhibition with annually changing artists, for almost 20 years.

The opening of each new exhibition at the KURIOZ Gallery in Zug is accompanied by a public vernissage attended by the artists themselves. The current dates for the vernissages will be announced here. You can register here (receive invitations) to receive invitations to future vernissages.
