Matthias Luchsinger

Statement

Matthias Luchsinger’s themes are train stations, architecture, unknowns and street photography.

These are the stations on his way through the colorful world, which he encounters more clearly in black and white, but sometimes still carries a bit of color. It all started with the train stations about 7 years ago. They are his daily companions and show his wanderlust.

He is passionate about “catching” people in passing and therefore, with the use of the mobile phone camera (Hasselblad), a certain “inconspicuousness” and spontaneous “story-telling” emerges.
